This OEM semi-auto drain air filter regulator and lubricator are a must-have for your tire changer model SM825. The mounting bracket is included, so you can easily install it and get to work.
Filter Regulator Features:
- The embedded square pressure gauge can save the installation space
- The external pressure gauge can also be selected;
- The press-in-self mechanism can prevent the setting pressure from being disturbed by the outside world.
- The pressure regulating mechanism adopts a balanced design, which makes the pressure regulation more stable, with slight drift and good pressure characteristics;
- The unique diversion structure makes the flowing gas rotate correctly so that the liquid in the gas can be separated more effectively and the solid particles can be filtered reliably.
Lubricator Features:
- The structure of oil dripping adopts a gap seal type, which makes the adjustment of the oil supply more reliable.
- The oil feed ring can only make one complete turn. The quantity of oil supply takes on linear distribution, and the amount of oil supply can be generally calculated according to the position of the graduation ring.
- The unique drip nozzle structure will produce negative pressure in the oil dripping outlet, and the mist flow is minimal.
- Filling of oil while the lubricator is under pressure is made possible, and the oil bowl is large;
