To offer a safe and secure shopping experience, All Tire Supply, a TX Corporation, hereafter referred to as All Tire Supply, has established these online policies for any user, viewer, or buyer at www.alltiresupply.com. The terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.alltiresupply.com (referred to as the 'site'). By placing an order for such products, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not obtain products from this site. These terms and conditions are subject to change by All Tire Supply (referred to as 'us' or 'we') without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion.
Order Processing
All order is processed on the SAME business day if they are received BEFORE 2 pm (CST). If an order is received AFTER 2 pm (CST), it will be processed on the NEXT business day.
Most orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the warehouse; credit card order will take from 2-3 days to process due to the time required for the money to settle.
FOR FASTER PROCESSING, please use PAYPAL as the payment method. We close over the weekend, so any orders received on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Friday’s order with a credit card does not require a further delay due to money being settled.
Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone, or another type of order, you have entered into a contract to purchase, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. If you need priority delivery, then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. We make every effort to maintain the availability of our site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
Payment Term
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal payments. You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes if any. All payments must be in United States currency. The current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. We retain a security interest in the products and all proceeds thereof until the full purchase price (including taxes and additional charges) has been paid. Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of the order unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, changes in shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, and other extenuating circumstances.
International Fees & Duties
All taxes, duties and fees associated with shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
Advertising Disclaimer and Trademarks
The descriptions of products that are posted on our site are the representations of our suppliers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of such descriptions, nor are we responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising, or shipping errors. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. All trademarks and registered trademarks relating to products available through our site are the sole property of their respective owners. Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is supplied directly by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. We are not responsible for shipping costs other than due to our own mistake. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer may not be returned and may not receive warranty support. The warranty for a product is facilitated by us; however, we can only enforce the manufacturer’s decisions.
Governing Law and Statute of Limitation
This site is controlled by us from our offices within the State of Texas, United States. As each location has laws that may differ from those of Texas, by accessing this site, both of us agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services available through this site. Each of us agrees and at this moment submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the United States District Court of Texas concerning such matters. Any cause of action brought by you against us or our affiliates must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.
Limitation of Liability
All Tire Supply shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if All Tire Supply has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by All Tire Supply without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Tire Supply, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Third-Party Links
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, All Tire Supply may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with All Tire Supply, All Tire Supply has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of All Tire Supply. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, All Tire Supply seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Overview
Our products weight less than 150 lbs shipped using FedEx. For the product that prone to be damage with FedEx such as service jacks or products with shipping weight more than 150lbs, these shipped using Freight.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For orders over $500, a signature may be required.
Free Shipping
Applies to the lower 48 states* on products that do not need to be combined with any other items in order to qualify. However, additional charges would apply for lift gate delivery or a rural shipping address. The customer is exempt of these charges if the product is delivered to a nearby terminal, with the customer being responsible for unloading the purchased product.
Items that ship for FREE via LTL Freight do not include any accessorials such as liftgate, Call before delivery, etc., as well as, any residential fees, limited access delivery fees, inside delivery fees, etc.
The lower 48 states excludes Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto. For shipments going to these excluded locations, additional freight charges will be applied.
Ground Shipping
UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present, unless otherwise requested.
All Tire Supply will email the contact person listed on the shipping address of each order after the product ships. This email will contain shipping information, including the shipping or trucking company name, phone number and shipment tracking number. Orders requiring freight delivery will have a delivery notice added to the order. The trucking company will call to schedule a delivery time window.
International Shipping
All taxes, duties and fees associated with shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver/customer. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
Delivery
All Tire Supply does NOT reimburse for lost rental fees for forklift rentals nor do we compensate for missed deliveries or missed delivery appointments. Freight shipments are unique and therefor delivery appointments can be missed, requiring that a delivery appointment be rescheduled. If you require products delivered by a certain date, please call Customer Service to verify product availability and whether the item qualifies for guaranteed shipping dates. All listed shipping times are estimates. Specific delivery dates and/or time frames cannot be guaranteed for any product or order. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. All Tire Supply is not responsible for delayed shipments.
Business deliveries with a loading dock and no need for a delivery appointment are asked to list the receiving party on the shipping address of the order and to contact the trucking company directly to coordinate delivery date and time if needed by the customer. The receiving party is required to meet the truck at the time of delivery to avoid redelivery charges. It’s the responsibility of the receiving party to become informed in order to know when the truck is coming.
For all business deliveries via freight truck, the trucking company will assume your business is open and staffed to receive deliveries Monday through Friday during normal business hours. For business delivery appointments, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the trucking company and arrange a delivery appointment if needed and not already arranged at the time of order.
UPS and FedEx Ground deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no person is present, unless otherwise requested.
Note: For orders over $500, a signature may be required.
Local Pickup
When choosing this option, you are responsible for coming and picking up your order at 7820 Pinemont Dr. Houston, TX 77040 when your order is ready.
Orders will be available within 4 hours after placing your order; orders placed after 3 PM may not be available until the next business day. Orders placed on a day that the store is closed will not be available to pick up until the next day the store is open.
When your order is ready, you will be notified via e-mail (Required). Call ahead before you come so we can have it at Will-Call for pickup.
If you fail to show up after notifying us about your arrival time, it will be put back after three days.
At Will-Call, Online-receipt and an ID are required to receive your order.
Overview
ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURER'S POLICY.
We offer a 7-day refund policy for some equipment and a 30-day refund policy for most other products. If 7 or 30 days, respectively, have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, and all automotive equipment.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed
- Shipping Fees and Liftgate service
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- CD, DVD
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days for equipment, and 30 days for other product after the delivery
You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages and obtain the required claim number, call 1-888-339-6665 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday (except Christmas Day).
Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment. Products cannot be canceled after they have shipped. If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we would cover the shipping fees.
Refund
(If Applicable)
All items we sell have a 15% restocking fee if returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@alltiresupply.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at support@alltiresupply.com and send your item to 7820 Pinemont Dr. Houston, TX 77040.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Freight deliveries are from the dock to dock, which means the receiving party is required to remove the product from the truck. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge. If you believe lift gate service is required, contact a Sales associate to learn more about the packaging of your order. If requested and paid for at the time of the order or before the order is shipped, the liftgate service will transfer the product off of the truck and to ground level at the delivery site.
